WHAT TO EXPECT | Northern Roots Massage Therapy

Expectations & What to expect:

* Parking is available along the street or in the lot behind the building, that area is very limited, so if parking there be sure to park close to the other cars and respect the 'No Parking' spot which is reserved for our downstairs neighbor.

*Please come in the red front door quietly and have a seat in the downstairs entry until your Massage Therapist is ready for you.

*Watch your head and your step! We are located in an old house so be careful of it's creaky floors, ceiling heights and door thresholds.

*New clients will have an intake form to fill out upon arrival and returning clients will have a check in conversation about how they feel that day.

*It is expected that you will come in for your massage appointment respectfully clean and without wearing heavily perfumed products.

*Please speak up during your massage if anything isn't feeling quite right for you with the pressure or comfort and questions are always welcome.

*Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will be addressed by the Massage Therapist as needed, including appointment termination if necessary.
